Characteristics
Mito no Yawaraka Negi is straight and soft green onion. It is also sweet due to high glucose content. The soft white part is 1.3 to 1.6 times longer (approx. 40cm) than regular green onions. The whole part is edible since it does not have pungent-ness or bitterness as a result of low Pyruvic acid content.
