Showa Kasumiso has many florets and lasts long after shipment. It is highly regarded by consumers as kasumiso in summer and autumn, and is trading at a high price.

Link with the production area

The production area is located in an area with severe cold and heavy snow in winter, and it is spread out widely throughout hilly and mountainous areas with a cool climate even in summer. It has natural conditions suitable for growing kasumiso.During the entire shipment period, pre-cooled shipments are made by a storage facility using cold air from snow, and during the summer period, shipments are limited from hilly and mountainous areas in order to maintain quality. The region has established a production and shipping system that takes advantage of the topography and climate of the production area.
