Characteristics

Both the untoasted and toasted varieties of this egoma (wild sesame) oil taste excellent because of the abundantly retained natural aroma of egoma, and minimum oxidative loss of flavor.

Link with the production area

Egoma (wild sesame) became established as a native species because the cool, humid local climate suited its growth. Quality has been improved through rigorous implementation of careful harvesting methods that minimize damage to the fruit.
